They also stated " Looking for a property to rent?." The meta header had Sales as the first keyword. This keyword was followed by Letting Agents for Topsham, flats to let Topsham, and houses to let Topsham which isn't as urgent as Sales. The other words the site uses is Lympstone. Exton is also included and might not be understood by web engines.
